Dublin: home, food and surroundings

So we found a decent double room in a decent house shared with 2 lovely (and decent as well xD) guys. We became familiar with the cleaning routine (luckily we had one!). And I tried to set up my new routine as well, regarding food, study, people meeting and jobseeking. It all went very well (except for the job part which it took a while, but I´ll write about it afterwards) and we found out that our neighbourhood (Phisborough) had some lovely spots

London-Dublin: Sail/Rail

Our plane was from Rosario (my city of origin) to London. We stayed one lovely, comfortable, anxious night in London and the next day we took the SailRail, a great combo: train from London to Holyhead (Wales) and then a classy ferry from Holyhead to Dublin port. I found a perfect site about the whole journey

Each seat was indicated “reserved” or “available”. It even changed from one to another if someone got off in one of the stops!

While being at the ferry, if weather allows, don´t forget to visit the upper deck!

Remember that taxis do not reach Dublin port very often. So even if you have lots of luggage as we had, you will have to take the bus to reach the city.

From Argentina to Ireland: Glimpses of the beginning of a new life
